Transnational Foresight for a ”Black Sea Higher Education Area”

The event, which took place between September 1 and 2 2011 at the Bucharest Intercontinental Hotel, was the last of the 10 Mutual Learning Workshops, the “Bucharest Dialogues”. Among the guests there were well-known international foresight experts (Ozcan Saritas, Ricardo Seidl da Fonseca, Jack Smith) who discussed topics such as: Future of Higher Education: The case of the Romanian cluster of strategic projects in UE; Overview of the Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental and Political Context for the Black Sea Region: Challenges and Opportunities; UNIDO Transnational Foresight Exercises: Experience from Latin America and CEE.
